Backend Integration Agreement for PPM-QBO

1. Introduction

This Agreement pertains to the integration between the Project Management System (PPM) and QuickBooks Online (QBO) facilitated by Walker Reid Strategies, Inc. (WRS)

2. Data Access and Privacy

The integration will access necessary data from both PPM and QBO to achieve its intended functionality.
WRS is committed to ensuring the confidentiality and security of this data. No data will be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

3. Security

WRS has implemented reasonable security measures to protect data accessed by the integration.
In the unlikely event of a security breach, WRS will notify affected parties promptly.

4. Limitation of Liability

Walker Reid Strategies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this integration. Users are responsible for ensuring their data’s accuracy and integrity.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Palm Beach County, FL.

6. Amendments

Walker Reid Strategies may update this Agreement as needed. Changes will be posted on this site.
